When you use National Days and weeks for your party theme, you could some fundraising for them as well.

  • Easter Themed Party – a great excuse for lots of chocolate!
  • 1 April is April Fools Day
  • 11 April is World Parkinson’s Day – try some fundraising.
  • 22 April is Earth Day.
  • 23 April is international World Book Day but in the United Kingdom, World Book Day is recognized on the first Thursday in March so we get two bites of the cherry. Dress as your favourite book characters – see more on our Book Day party page.
  • 25 April is Red Hat Society Day – have a hat party where everyone must wear a red hat of some kind.
  • Secretary’s Day (or the more PC version, Office Professionals Day) is on the Wednesday of the last full week in April in the USA and UK (but the first Friday in May in Australia ). Aimed at giving recognition to office staff is also a good excuse for a Secretary’s party. You could make this an office stationery party.
  • World Creativity and Innovation Week have a party to celebrate your favourite inventions, discuss and debate the changes going on around us or changes you’d like to see.
  • World Malaria Day
  • Pay It Forward Day – pass on good deeds.
